Innovation through Collaboration with People and AI

When I served as Israel’s Head of Economic Mission to South China, I worked with China’s leading tech companies across mobile, internet, manufacturing, robotics, and other Physical AI-related industries, while guiding hundreds of Israeli startups and companies seeking to partner with those tech giants.
My mission was to connect worlds: on one side, a production and innovation powerhouse at unrivaled scale; on the other, an Israeli ecosystem built on ideas, creativity, and boldness.
Chinese partners were interested only in real, non-replicable value, often deeptech companies. That pushed me, and everyone I worked with, to sharpen true differentiation.
----
I later brought that same approach into global corporate roles, creating net-new demand by connecting technologies, markets, partners, and internal teams around new business opportunities. Whether helping SMBs and startups innovate or supporting global corporates in building new growth channels, I have always worked at the intersection of innovation, partnerships, and business transformation.
----
How I can help your organization
I help organizations stay differentiated in the AI era by turning creativity and innovation into practical business value.
Through my proprietary method, I work with organizations, partners, and teams to co-create innovation across new products, business models, channels, and M&A opportunities.
Alongside business consulting, I lead organizational workshops on how not to lose to AI: helping teams build innovation capabilities, creative thinking, and better collaboration between people, teams, organizations, and AI.

According to the World Economic Forum, more than half of all future roles will require creative thinking.
Paradoxically, the overuse, or misuse of artificial intelligence may actually weaken that very ability.
LLMs face a built-in limitation: they generate outputs that are increasingly similar and low in differentiation.
Our human advantage lies in creativity: in the ability to think differently, connect distant dots, and create genuine value.
To stay relevant, organizations must cultivate a culture that encourages diverse thinking and internal innovation fostering collaboration and co-creation (Internnovation).
In this talk, which combines insights from my podcast “Better Than Your Creator: AI & Creativity” with stories from working alongside hundreds of entrepreneurs, we’ll explore how to turn technology into a catalyst rather than replacmeent for creativity.
We’ll uncover how teams can build an organizational culture of innovation through collaboration, both with technology and with people.
Who is this talk for? CEOs, Creators, founders and Employees who wish to strengthen their creative edge in the age of AI.

Hands-on workshops that help teams build innovation capabilities, creative thinking, and better collaboration with AI.
Through guided exercises, practical frameworks, and live team challenges, participants learn how to move from abstract ideas to differentiated products, services, business models, or internal solutions.
The workshop is designed to help teams:
Break fixed thinking patterns
Move beyond obvious AI-generated answers and unlock more original directions.
Collaborate better across teams
Use structured methods to connect different perspectives, functions, and organizational needs.
Use AI as a creative partner
Learn how to work with AI without outsourcing the thinking.
Turn creativity into practical innovation
Translate inspiration into testable ideas, concrete opportunities, and next steps.
Who is it For?
This workshop is designed for cross-functional teams, innovation units, product and R&D teams, strategy leaders, and any group working across silos within an organization.
By aligning diverse stakeholders around shared goals and unlocking the creative potential within each individual, it lays the groundwork for faster decision-making, more adaptive planning, and a lasting culture of innovation.

I work at the intersection of innovation, partnerships, and creative differentiation.
I led Israel’s Economic Mission in South China, where I connected Israeli startups and companies with some of China’s leading technology players. Later, at HP, I managed global strategic alliances, creating net-new demand in new markets through partnerships across software, product, and business solutions.
Earlier in my career, I built entrepreneurship and accelerator programs for entrepreneurs and SMBs, working hands-on with hundreds of business owners to move from idea to early traction. Across all these roles, my focus has remained the same: making differentiation and original thinking practical, testable, and measurable.
